Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dealoop, including our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Dealoop on behalf of a business or team, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Dealoop is a lead-tracking and follow-up tool designed for real estate agents and sales professionals. The Service allows you to:

  • Organize and track WhatsApp leads through a sales pipeline
  • Log notes and deal information for each contact
  • Set follow-up reminders
  • Create and reuse WhatsApp message templates
  • Open WhatsApp conversations directly from the app

Dealoop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in conjunction with WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for your own use of WhatsApp in compliance with WhatsApp's own terms of service.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a sales or real estate professional (or otherwise acting in a professional capacity) to use Dealoop. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@dealoop.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Dealoop offers the following plans:

Free Plan:

  • Up to 20 active leads
  • Up to 3 saved message templates
  • Core pipeline and follow-up features
  • No credit card required

Pro Plan — $9/month:

  • Unlimited leads
  • Unlimited message templates
  • Priority support
  • Access to all current and future Pro features

Plan limits are enforced within the app. If you reach the Free plan limit and wish to continue adding leads or templates, you must upgrade to Pro.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9/month. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using your existing payment method on file with those platforms. Dealoop does not directly handle or store your payment card information.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store account settings.

Refunds are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of harassment
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all leads, notes, templates, and other content you create in Dealoop ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Dealoop a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for advertising or share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service (as described in our Privacy Policy).

8. Intellectual Property

The Dealoop name, logo, app design, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Dealoop and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials outside of normal use of the Service.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. For significant changes to paid features, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, data loss, or changes to the Service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction, depending on your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice.
